• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NewHere to:

6. AI Features

The "Ask AI" and "Translate" features are powered by Google Gemini AI. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Community Guidelines

NewHere is built on the principle of mutual help and respect. We expect all users to:

• Be respectful and kind to fellow community members
• Share accurate information to the best of their knowledge
• Flag incorrect or harmful content using available tools
• Not exploit the platform for personal commercial gain

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NewHere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on the platform is accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
